Do penis enlargement operations really work?

My brother wants to get a longer penis and hes thinking about going under the knife. Any help please
Answer:
It does work, but it ends up being a funny shape and you'll have pubic hair growing halfway up the shaft.
no, don't do it. The healing takes months, they cut a supportive ligament to do it, and you can't get an erection after the surgery is done because the ligament has been cut.
Tell him it's not a good thing. There are a number of horror stories on the net about what can go wrong with PE surgery.

Self worth doesn't come from having a big penis. He needs to develop a sense of self respect and stretch his personality, not his penis.

Best wishes
Tell him to get in touch with that Bob guy from enzyte.
there is one form of penis enlargement operation that does work.
it involved injecting fat into the penis to make it increase in size.

HOWEVER, the operation only increases teh size of your unerect dick. the erect dick will be the same as its original size.

on top of that the fat will slowly be broken down by the body. so what you end up with is a dick that will shrink back to its original size eventually.
they work and the fat grafting lasts for life and your penis doesn't shrink when you get an erection.
dont do it just try some of them pills they advertise . surgery is risky
Tell your brother to not do it.

I had both the surgery to increase length and girth(thickness). Esq. is right about the ligament getting cut, but you can still get erections. It only effects the angle of the erection. It will point lower than normal.

Some of the fat is lost after the surgery. But after a period of time the fat the survives the transplant is permanent.

From what I've found in research most men are very dissatisfied with the result. There is a very good chance it will be somewhat deformed looking because the fat that is injected or grafted in dosen't "settle" or survive in a consistent manner. Then there are men that had worse results from unable to get an erection or actually lose there penis all together.

I would not do it again. I was 6 1/2 inches and thin. Now I'm 7" and slight fatter. My penis is not normal looking because of the fat "settlement". Some of the fat also hardened into visible lumps. I was 34 when I had this done. I've had erection problems evers since. I went to the Mayo clinic for help. Something happend during the surgery that now causes the blood to leak out of the penis. Veins get clamped down to trap the blood that causes the erection. Some of these veins don't get clamped down. I have to use Viagra. It helps the arteries to relax so more blood get's into the penis than leaks out. Insurance doesn't cover this.

Cost? Initial surgery was around $10,000. I've had 2 corrective surgeries for an additional $25000.

Just plain too many risks!!!
