Dizzy feeling after standing up :(?

Why is it when i get up from sitting down i feel dizzy sometimes very dizzy,my eyes get blurred like if im about too faint ?
Answer:
People faint because of a lack of blood flow and decreased oxygen to the brain. The cause of fainting can be related to a number of conditions or situations, some involving the heart, many not. The medical term for fainting is syncope.

When people feel fainty when standing up after lying down it is referred to as postural fainting, this results from a decreased flow of blood to the brain, usually as the result of a drop in blood pressure. Postural fainting can occur after significant blood loss, dehydration, or a change in cardiovascular medication, or as a side effect to other medications. Certain medical conditions, such as heart disease, diabetes, and migraine headaches, can also serve as a catalyst for fainting.

I get that a lot too so it is normal, no worries. I always get up slow.
Do you have low blood pressure?
DEHYDRATION OR LOW BLOOD SUGAR ARE MOST LIKELY
better start doing some cardiovascular, you got poor circulation
low blood pressure causes that. you are standing up to fast for the blood to flow properly, so the blood slows down to reach your head.
your just having incomplete rest that's all but if you contineu to have incomplete rest may be may have a problem!
You should see a doctor. Yahoo community can't help you with this. You need some tests that only a doctor can prescribe.
These symptom are suggestive of your weakness or low BP or if you are of around 40 than may be Cervical spondilitis. Differential Diagnosis can't be established without physical examination.
Sounds Like fluctuating blood pressure, blood pressure can alter when you lie, sit or stand, you might want to have a check up and find out for sure and if you need medication for this.
It's most likely not as serious as these people make it out to be. Just make sure you get up slowly, I'm not going to get technical on you so I'll just let you know it has to do with blood flow and your brain and all that other bull. It used to happen to me all the time, just make sure you dont get so quickly.
msot likely blood pressure see you doc quick
head rush
Could be low blood pressure or even an inner ear infection causing vertigo
